Cottage 1

Accommodation:

A basic yet spacious and well equipped cottage, this one comes with space enough for a party of 3 to comfortably stay and enjoy the farm. The cottage comes equipped with:

1 Double bed and a children’s bed in the bedroom and an additional large single bed in the sitting area
A clean bathroom attached to the bedroom with a western toilet (Hot water available once a day)
A fully functional kitchenette
A sitting and dinning space

Tariff: (includes bed, breakfast and use of the farm)

R. 2500/- per cottage, per day – for single occupancy

R.3500/- per cottage, per day - for 2 adults. &
R.5500/- per cottage, per day for 4 adults.

Children under 5 years free.
R.1000/- for one extra person/cottage.

Check in: 12:00 noon Check out: 11:00 am (additional charges will be applicable for additional hours)

In-room facilities:

The cottages are also equipped with a Gas cylinder and stove, a small refrigerator, plates, cups, glasses, spoons, heating vessels, etc, as well as tea/coffee/sugar/salt and milk are provided in your kitchen on arrival for your use.

Extras available:

If you would like to organise a barbecue, we provide a stove, coal and equipment Rs. @ 200/- per night. We can also prepare a bonfire for you @ Rs. 250/- or make firewood available @ Rs. 5/kg

Housekeeping:

Our staff sweeps, swabs and cleans the toilets once a day or at your request.

Other than that the cottages are self service and guests are expected to wash your own dishes after meals and make your own bed, etc.

Please note - washing material is provided.

Garbage disposal:

Garbage disposal is an important concern these days, we try to minimise garbage production and reuse and recycle what has been generated. Please separate the litter and use the dustbins provided for the dry and wet waste, our staff will clear the dustbins once a day. We compost all our wet garbage for use at the farm and send the dry waste for recycling.

Tipping:

In appreciation of the work that they put in before, after and during your visit, we encourage you to offer a service change of Rs 150/cottage to the staff attending to you at the time of leaving alternatively you can also leave it with us and we will make sure it reaches them. A little extra always keeps spirits up.

The booking will be confirmed on the payment of the full amount by bank transfer. In case of cancellation you have an option of deferring to another available date. If the cancellation is more than 7 days in advance we will refund the amount minus the non refundable booking fee of Rs 1500 per cottage. Bank details will be shared with you when you write to us.
